The unique nature and variation
Every item is handmade and/or upcycled and utilizes recycled/upcycled materials. Subtle imperfections i.e. mending, slight colour variations and/or fading/spotting, minor blemishes, and character marks are inherent to the recycled materials and will not be considered "defects".
Product photos on the website are representative examples, and the final product delivered may vary slightly in texture, colour, shade, or exact dimensions.
Inventory and material availability
90% of the materials used are sourced from recycled origins, exact replicas of items may be impossible to recreate.
Production and lead times
For any made to order/custom order piece - 2-3 weeks for production prior to shipment. These times are estimates, not strict guarantees, however you will be notified if there will be any major delays on an order.
Can I launder my items?
We ask that you please only carefully spot clean our items when required and leave to dry naturally. Please do not use a washing machine or tumble dryer. Please do not use bleach or laundry powder/liquid that contains bleach. Do not use an iron directly on embellished pieces.
Refund/exchange policy
Custom orders are final sale (non-refundable)
There is no refunds/exchanges on any sale pieces or postage paid.
If the item is deemed faulty it will need to be returned via post and refund will be processed within 10 working days of receival.

Can I send your gorgeous items as a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes of course! There is an option to add a different shipping address at the checkout. If you would like to include a handwritten note please let us know by leaving a message in the order notes and we will kindly oblige! We also offer gift certificates if you just can't make up your mind!
Do we have a physical store?
Not as such - however....we do frequent local markets to show out pieces and to give you an opportunity to see them in real life and try things on! We can also offer an appointment based system for customers to create custom pieces or to try specific things on...if this is what you need please get in contact!
